My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, and the service was exceptional. However, the swim-out suite didn't meet my expectations. The location was gorgeous, but the seaweed was a bit of a downside.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Sharing a pool with other swim-out rooms and having a view of the Caribbean was great, but our room was dirty upon arrival. I would have preferred an ocean-front junior suite in building one. On the bright side, our room had all the necessary amenities like balcony furniture, coffee, water, bathrobes, and a restocked fridge.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were pretty good, modern, up to date, and comfortable at the same time, just amazing. The service was top-notch, with a special shout-out to Luiigi, Isaac, Katherine, Karly, Daniella, Osiris, Ivan, and Julio who made our vacation truly unforgettable. The location was perfect, well-maintained, clean, and beautiful, allowing easy access to everything I wanted to do. The dining experience was phenomenal, with amazing service and a wonderful selection of foods. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
