My stay at the hotel was wonderful. The rooms were impeccable, and the service was exceptional. However, the swim-out suite didn't meet my expectations. The location was gorgeous, but the seaweed was a bit of a downside.
I had a great stay at the hotel. The Oceanfront Master Suite was really nice, but the room location required a bit of a walk. However, the service was exceptional, with staff always offering special attention. The location was perfect, right in the heart of Riviera Maya, and the dining experience was fantastic with fresh and delicious options. The facilities were top-notch, enhancing my overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. Sharing a pool with other swim-out rooms and having a view of the Caribbean was great, but our room was dirty upon arrival. I would have preferred an ocean-front junior suite in building one. On the bright side, our room had all the necessary amenities like balcony furniture, coffee, water, bathrobes, and a restocked fridge.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were pretty good, modern, up to date, and comfortable at the same time, just amazing. The service was top-notch, with a special shout-out to Luiigi, Isaac, Katherine, Karly, Daniella, Osiris, Ivan, and Julio who made our vacation truly unforgettable. The location was perfect, well-maintained, clean, and beautiful, allowing easy access to everything I wanted to do. The dining experience was phenomenal, with amazing service and a wonderful selection of foods. Overall, a fantastic experience with a few minor drawbacks.
